Chairman/CEO Matt Barr, President Jeff Smink and Congressman Hudson representing North Carolina’s 8th Congressional District toured the Salisbury facility that has had $8,000,000 in investment over the last seven years. During the tour, they also explained Carolina Color’s two revolutionary technologies—patented G2 and patent pending G3.

Barr said, “We had a great visit. It was clear that the Congressman knows his way around a shop floor and is very committed to unleashing the power of manufacturing both in NC and across the entire United States. We explained that unfettered regulations encumber growth and dampen job creation. Congressman Hudson recognizes that smart, transparent, and fair regulations will help manufacturers reach their goals quickly and efficiently.”
“Carolina Color is one of North Carolina’s great family-owned, home-grown success stories. As a local manufacturer with a global market, Carolina Color helps drive our economy forward and creates good-paying jobs right here in Rowan County. I’ll continue to be a partner with local manufacturers like this to advance regulatory reform and accelerate job growth in North Carolina,” stated Congressman Hudson.
Richard Hudson is serving his third term in the United States Congress representing North Carolina’s 8th Congressional District. He serves on the powerful House Energy and Commerce Committee, a position he uses to advance common sense regulatory reform, to strengthen our economy, and to create an environment that promotes job creation.
